General Information

Thank you for considering Custom House Tavern for your upcoming special event.
Set within our dining room, or in a completely private space in the Blake Hotel, we can provide accommodations for any type of function. From a boardroom table for 20 to a sit down dinner for 50 to a cocktail reception for 100, the private dining spaces at the Blake Hotel can be configured to suit your needs.
Every event reflects our commitment to service, and features our awarding winning cuisine. We want to make your event as easy to plan as possible.
Let us know your needs and let our professional staff take care of the rest. We would be happy to accommodate any special request that enhances your experience. Audio/Visual equipment is available, as well as specialty linens, flowers, and anything else you can think of.

Food and Beverage

There is a food and beverage minimum of $1000 with the exception of Saturday evening when the minimum will be $1200. These amounts do not include 11% for sales and city tax and 20% service charge.

Menus

Menus are updated often, reflecting our Chef's preference for seasonal items. Please contact us 7 days prior to the date of your event to set your menu.

Bartenders

Bartenders can be available for your event for a fee of $85.00 per bartender.
A guaranteed minimum in attendance must be received (3) business days prior to your event. In the case of a guarantee not being received on time, the estimated number on the contract will be used as a guarantee.

To secure the reservation, a deposit is required. Receipt of the deposit confirms your contract. In the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days notice, Custom House will retain your deposit.
Valet parking is available in front of our restaurant starting at 5pm. We can arrange to have the valet charges billed to you if you do not wish your guests to incur any expense.
We are happy to assist in all aspects of your event planning. Please don't hesitate to ask – flowers, music, A/V equipment, specialty linens, and anything else that will make for your perfect event - can be obtained upon request.
